By playing Are You Good? Are You Smart? (“the game”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
The game
The game is free and provided for entertainment. Rankings, percentages and “good” or “smart” labels are playful estimates based on how other players answered. They don't measure intelligence, character or anything else about you.
Your account
You can play as a guest. If you sign in, you're responsible for keeping access to your email or sign-in account secure. One person, one account. Please don't create accounts to manipulate rankings.
Fair play
Don't use bots or scripts, tamper with the game, interfere with the service, or try to access data that isn't yours. We may reset results or block access for anyone who does.
Content
The puzzles, dilemmas, design and text belong to us. You're welcome to share your results and screenshots. Please don't copy or republish the daily content in bulk.
Availability
We try to keep the game running every day but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or end the game at any time.
No warranties
The game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for lost streaks or data, arising from your use of the game.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated terms.
